The music that is within me, that get strummed and chorded out each day.  Also, I'm a musician (flute and piano) - and I really don't listen to too much music cause it is really in me.  I hear music even in the greatest silence of meditation.  Music to me is about relationship and communication and it never stops.  Each of you are notes of the Divine, played as "music of the spheres."

Energy and form are always shifting/changing.  Who knows how this piece of energy that is called Satya-Seer, this body and agency of what I call "me" - who knows how it will change.  I can't think about the future because it takes away from my being fully present and doing what I'm here doing now.  All is well now and I have trust in the changing universe that all will be well in the future and always.

I do not have a desire to be something different - I only have a desire to BE.  The desire to BE has brought me here.  I am the living out and experience of SELF.  We ARE Self - WE ARE FAMILY.  Our family is alone or ALL ONE.  Within the self-contained experience and body, energy and form shift, eternally . . . there is no beginning and no end.  Lose your body so that you can gain your soul, even while you have a body.

A better question for me is: Do I fall short in my loving everything and everyone?  And the answer is yes.  I have a hard time loving my enemies and the things that I'm resistant to in my life, but I do try to have compassion in every instance, and with all peoples and myself.  I practice loving in these hard places.  It is easy to love what is easy to love, but it becomes easier to love the harder things and people as we practice it, does it not?  I don't love cruelity but have compassion for those who are cruel because they have lost their way from their original source, love.  Love is work.  Not in the sense that it should be hard, but it is something that I pay attention to in order to become MORE loving.

Our Inner Sun

I don't know what I need to learn, but learning opportunities arise all the time.  Currently, Energy Healing is arising within me.  The universe provides me with such wonderful opportunities.  Books about Energy Medicine have literally fallen off of bookstore shelves.  The next step is making itself known and everything that is needed is being given as I stay open to the possibilities. But, this is how life is for me.  I just remain open, and the next best thing comes along to make itself known. And, as long as I stay awake, pay attention and notice, the appropriate action of my learning something new and great occurs. I love this life. After all, I choose to be here, now.

Everything that I've learned and that I'm already learning.  It is so perfect, just as it is.

My breath - I AM THAT.  Life is purpose. These five senses in the body, and what I feel and perceive beyond physical appearances tells me so.  NO, the Bible didn't tell me so!

Luscious, juicey, delicious, full LIFE. Oh, and the living out of IT, just as it is.

Here are a few things I've learned or noticed:

that if I choose to be loving that I notice more of it and it seems more abundant
that it is everywhere
that it is work as well as play
that if I chase it, it seems fleeting
that it does not require anything in return
that it is its own reward
that it can be confused when attachment enters
that I am capable of loving in all circumstances
that it has many flavors & feelings
that it knows no bound (boundaries) in its fullest
that children and simplier people do it better
that my heart yearns for it
that it often has little to do with sex
that it can come and go
that it can change everything (please watch the video in this blog)
that our monkey minds can get in the way of it
that it can feed ones happiness
that it has many aspects and is many faceted, has many faces & places

. . . and so much more!

Happy Valentine's Day World!

I love that you wake me up each morning with your sweet breath, breathing into me a new day of more and greater possibilities. I love your beauty, the curves and topography of your hills and mountains, and your lucious valleys - your sustaining and nourishing food that you so generously give for our support. I love that you are the holder of our future. And I love your peoples, everywhere - and the opportunities for relationship. Wow, LOVE, let me breathe you in again. World, I must apologize 'cause often when you are trying to make love to me, I'm hiding within myself, pushing you away.  But I know . . . I really know that you'll always love me and that you are always here for me. And I promise you today that I will try harder to do my part to help this love grow - today, always and everywhere. Come, let's make love! Let's do it!

It means opening up to me, as in blossoming. I try to be open and provide a space for others to be open or to open up. In this we may blossom together and create a beautiful garden. I look out and see beautiful flowers flourishing, peaceful smiles and loveliness!

The universe is vast and has infinite bounty, so why not luxuriate? Accept the richness and inheritance of what is available to us.

There is only this. There is no-where from whence "I" came or will go. That would presume "other." Maybe another way to answer this is "I" came from the dream. But then again, the dream would presume other as well.

I'm not interested in the coming and going, the past or future, but the present (presence) of now, without attachment to this or that. This presence is seen and not-seen, has no beginning and no ending, is eternal. I do not deny "my" existance, but there is more than meets the eye and that is felt and known in this seeming body. Nothing is lost in the wholeness. I AM THAT I AM which is whole. I am not divided by divisions in thought that say I am "only" this or "only" that. I am all experience, all wonder, all knowledge. I am equally no experience, no wonder and no knowledge. I am the named and the nameless. I AM Satya of the eternal presence.

I'll never regret, cause I don't have to regret! I'm happy with my choices even as I move on and learn from my experiences. Who is the regretter?
