What music has made the biggest difference in your life?

I BE A FLUTE!
We are all flutes, like Murali (Krishna's flute), breathed into
and played upon by the Divine One.
What would you like to come back as?
I do not have a desire to be something different - I only have a desire to BE. The desire to BE has brought me here. I am the living out and experience of SELF. We ARE Self - WE ARE FAMILY. Our family is alone or ALL ONE. Within the self-contained experience and body, energy and form shift, eternally . . . there is no beginning and no end. Lose your body so that you can gain your soul, even while you have a body.

Who or what would you have the hardest time loving?

What do you search for within yourself?
...be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves like locked rooms and like books that are written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now.
-Letters to a Young Poet
These are the days of turning toward the innerself, of increasingly taking possession of oneself, which, under apparent repose, goes on in the most intimate workings of the heart. -Selected Letters of Rainer Maria Rilke
Rememberance
And you wait, keep waiting for that one thing
which would infinitely enrich your life:
the powerful, uniquely uncommon,
the awakening of dormant stones,
depths that would reveal you to yourself.
In the dusk you notice the book shelves
with their volumes in gold and in brown;
and you think of far lands you journeyed,
of pictures and of shimmering gowns
worn by women you conquered and lost.
And it comes to you all of a sudden:
That was it! And you arise, for you are
aware of a year in your distant past
with its fears and events and prayers.

What do you most need to learn?
What do you think you're supposed to learn in this lifetime?
What was the last hint you were given of your purpose?
What has been a recurring theme over the past few months?
What have you learned about love?
Here are a few things I've learned or noticed:
that if I choose to be loving that I notice more of it and it seems more abundant
that it is everywhere
that it is work as well as play
that if I chase it, it seems fleeting
that it does not require anything in return
that it is its own reward
that it can be confused when attachment enters
that I am capable of loving in all circumstances
that it has many flavors & feelings
that it knows no bound (boundaries) in its fullest
that children and simplier people do it better
that my heart yearns for it
that it often has little to do with sex
that it can come and go
that it can change everything (please watch the video in this blog)
that our monkey minds can get in the way of it
that it can feed ones happiness
that it has many aspects and is many faceted, has many faces & places
. . . and so much more!
If you wrote a Valentine to the world, what would it say?
Happy Valentine's Day World!
How do you know when you're on the right path?

We ARE on the right path! The universe is so gracious - how could we not be? I'm here, now, at this point in life so this must be the "right path". I've always known that I'm on "the" path which is always the "right path". There is only the path and right and wrong sort of confuse me about even being on "a" path. I know I cannot get lost within the whole, so it matters not what path I take or am seemingly on.
I'm in the flow even when I'm stuck in a traffic jam. I hearing my calling even in an enclosed and silent room. I've given up belief of path, along with many other beliefs that no longer serve me in this life. On this part of the path, I've stepped off the path.
What does flourishing mean to you?

What would you pick as your word for the week?
The universe is vast and has infinite bounty, so why not luxuriate? Accept the richness and inheritance of what is available to us.
luxuriate,as in luxuriate in life or luxuriate in SELFLuxuriate is from a list that Siona points to in her blog the most beautiful words in the english language
My use of the word: Let me luxuriuate in your presence, Divine one!
Definitions of luxuriate on the Web:
- become extravagant; indulge (oneself) luxuriously
- indulge: enjoy to excess; "She indulges in ice cream"
- thrive profusely or flourish extensively

Where did you come from?
I'm not interested in the coming and going, the past or future, but the present (presence) of now, without attachment to this or that. This presence is seen and not-seen, has no beginning and no ending, is eternal. I do not deny "my" existance, but there is more than meets the eye and that is felt and known in this seeming body. Nothing is lost in the wholeness. I AM THAT I AM which is whole. I am not divided by divisions in thought that say I am "only" this or "only" that. I am all experience, all wonder, all knowledge. I am equally no experience, no wonder and no knowledge. I am the named and the nameless. I AM Satya of the eternal presence.
What will you never regret?
What is one thing that there are no words for?
What have you been carrying the longest?
My world.
